It is our mission to provide each patient with affordable, high-quality orthodontic care. As a service to you, we offer flexible, interest-free financing to make your orthodontic care more affordable. In addition, we also offer discounts if treatment is pre-paid, siblings or other family members are patients at our office or phase I orthodontic treatment is completed in our office. One way we uphold our mission of providing affordable orthodontic care is by limiting our overhead expenses. A major expense that we are able to limit is the fee associated with processing credit cards. We limit this by accepting checks for financial transactions in our office.

Please be prepared to meet with our financial coordinator prior to your or your child’s first treatment appointment to discuss and set up a payment plan that works best for you. Depending on which payment method you chose (payment in full or our interest-free financing) please bring any necessary documents and the first payment with you at the onset of treatment.

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Remember that insurance policies vary, and we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file insurance claims as a courtesy to you.
